Tanya Burnell

Ms. Burnell serves as a Director of CC Industries, Inc., an affiliate of Henry Crown and Company, a privately owned investment company that invests in public and private securities, real estate, and operating companies. In her role, Ms. Burnell focuses primarily on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities, and providing strategic, financial, and operational oversight to operating companies. Previously, Ms. Burnell served as a Director and Co-Head of Corporate Development for UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and Vice President of the Investment Banking Division for Citigroup. Ms. Burnell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Richmond, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
